By accessing and using the BRM VI platform and services, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions. This electronic document is governed under the Information Technology Act, 2000 and applicable Indian laws.

Platform Usage

• You must provide accurate and complete registration details.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and digital ticket.
• Any misuse, false registration, or fraudulent activity may result in immediate cancellation.

Event Registration

• Registration is confirmed only after successful payment and issuance of a digital ticket.
• The digital ticket must be presented during event check-in.
• Tickets are non-transferable unless approved by the organizers.

User Responsibility

• Participation in the event is at your own risk.
• Riders must comply with all event rules, local traffic laws, and safety regulations.
• Violation of event rules may lead to disqualification without refund.

Payments & Charges

All applicable registration fees, taxes, and charges must be paid at the time of booking. Additional payment gateway charges may apply.

Personal Commodities

The Host is not Responsible for Loss of any Personal Commodities.

No Firearms allowed.

Force Majeure

The organizers shall not be held liable for cancellations, delays, or disruptions caused by natural disasters, government restrictions, accidents, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of Assam, India.
