1. A registration is considered confirmed only after successful payment and issuance of the digital ticket. The digital ticket serves as proof of registration and must be presented during event check-in.
2. Once a registration is completed and the digital ticket has been issued, cancellation requests may be accepted only within 48 hours of booking. After this period, no cancellation requests will be entertained.
3.Approved cancellation requests made within the permitted cancellation period will be eligible for a refund of 50% of the original registration amount, after deduction of applicable payment gateway charges and administrative fees. Refunds will be processed only to the original payment method used during registration and may take 7–14 working days to reflect.
4. Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
a. Inability to participate due to personal reasons.
b. Incorrect information submitted during registration.
c. Violation of event rules or disqualification.
5. Digital tickets are transferable unless explicitly approved by the event organizers. Unauthorized transfer, resale, or duplication of tickets may result in cancellation without refund.
6.Riders are responsible for safely storing their digital ticket. If the ticket is lost, riders may request a duplicate digital copy using their registered details.
7. Approved refunds may take 7–14 working days to reflect, depending on the payment provider and banking timelines.
